The formulation of a mission, goals and objectives plan is a complex, repetitive and continual process. As a small business owner-manager, your first reaction may be that you don't have the time or the resources to accomplish this. This may be true; however, you must develop a process that you can implement and be comfortable with. You will need to be aware of this process, the relationship of goals to ultimate performance and the need to be specific and consistent.
